Can I change or cancel my order?

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us at support@gorgeousbb.com and we’ll confirm your order status.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to view order history, save your shipping information, and track your orders more easily.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary depending on your location.

Do you offer discount codes?

We may offer promotions from time to time. Please note:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many regions worldwide. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@gorgeousbb.com and we will do our best to assist.

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are the responsibility of the customer.

My order is delayed—what should I do?

Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing. If your order appears delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will help you track it.

My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package.

Please check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, or your building’s front desk. If you still cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also email us and we will assist where possible.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Can I return opened or used items?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gorgeousbb.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and assist as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Are your home products safe to use?

Our products are designed for everyday home use when used as intended. Please read the product description and any included instructions before use.

If you have allergies or sensitivities (e.g., to certain materials), we recommend checking the materials/specifications listed on the product page before purchasing.

What materials are your products made of?

Materials vary by product (for example: fabric, plastic, metal, glass, wood, ceramic). The material and key specifications are listed on each product page.

Do your products have a smell when first opened?

Some home products—especially items made from fabric, foam, rubber, plastic, or sealed packaging—may have a slight odor when first opened.

This usually fades after airing out in a well-ventilated area for 24–72 hours.

How should I clean and maintain the products?

  • Use a soft cloth for routine wiping
  • Avoid harsh chemicals unless the product page explicitly allows it
  • Keep away from high heat or direct sunlight when applicable

Are the colors and sizes exactly the same as the photos?
