Return & Refund Policy

At gorgeousbb, we want you to love your home purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for details regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1) Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received (no cleaning/wipe marks)
- In the original packaging, including manuals, accessories, hardware/fasteners, tags, protective films, and seals (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To ensure product integrity and safety, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used/installed, show visible wear, scratches, stains, are missing parts, or have damaged/broken seals.
2) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or installed products
- Items marked as Final Sale / Non-returnable
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Any product damaged due to misuse, improper installation, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Opened cleaning/consumable products (e.g., refill oils, cleaners), if applicable
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the item and the packaging (outer box, protective materials, and shipping label)
We will review the case and, if approved, offer replacement parts, a replacement, or a refund, as appropriate.
4) How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5) Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- gorgeousbb is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
6) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank or payment provider)
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)
7) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
8) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
- Contact your bank (refund posting delays are common)

9) Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
10) Return Address
All returns must be authorized before being sent, and you must obtain gorgeousbb’s return instructions (e.g., a return label or shipping requirements) prior to returning any items.
